Cancellation Policy

Thank you for arriving promptly for your session with me in person or online.  Thank you for giving at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel, except in an emergency.  In that case, please notify me asap so we can reschedule.  I promise to be ready and prepared for the session and to give at least 12 hours noctice if I need to reschedule, except in an emergency.  In that case I will notify you asap so we can reschedule or I will direct you to a colleague with similar skills who can help you.
