Colour Crystal Healinng

Colour Crystal Healing is a very powerful holistic therapy.  It involves a Body Scan questionnaire to assess how you are feeling physically, emotionally and energetically.  I send this to you when we make contact.  Thank you for filling it in and sending it back up to 24 hours before your session so I have time to select the appropriate crystals ready.  

The main aim of Colour Crystal Healing is to relieve stress and neutralise overwhelming energy in the body, working with a small number of crystals at a time to calm, replenish and balance the Chakras/energy centres.  I use the colour wheel to select appropriate crystals for your needs based on your Body Scan answers.  Often these will be the complementary colour on the wheel to the colour you describe, as complementary colours neutralise overpowering energy.  Think of it like a crystal PH scale. 

I conduct Colour Crystal Healing in person, online or distantly through prayer and visualisation.  I use a healing couch for all modes of conducting this modality.  I find it very effective to visualise my recipient lying on the couch so I know where the Chakras would be for placing the crystals.  I use crystal grids too.

During the healing you may experience subtle changes in temperature, tingling or floating sensations.  You may see colours, shapes or symbols.  You may get emotional, but don't worry, this is part of the healing process of releasing blocked chakras.  You may feel nothing at all except deeply relaxed.  Whatever you experience is what you need at that time.

As with Angelic Reiki and Angel Card Readings, I incorporate Affirmative Prayer with this modality to magnify the healing qualities of the crystals.  This strengthens your connection to the Angelic Realm, enabling you to relax more deeply, allowing you to accept the healing you need on a soul level.  This also really helps in reducing stress and/or calming overactive emotion Chakras (root to throat).

People vary in how many session they need, depending on how stressed they feel in their energy and body.  Some people need only one session, whilst others may need 2 or 3. and 3-6 month intervals.
